2026 HOA Board of Directors Election
Electronic voting begins Friday, October 16, and closes Monday, November 16, at 5:00 p.m. Check your email on October 16 for your unique voting credentials and instructions.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Riverstone Homeowners Association, Inc. is the governing body of the Association. With support from HOA staff, the Board oversees the business of the Association and plans for Riverstone’s future. Its responsibilities include approving annual budgets, developing policies, awarding service contracts, approving capital expenditures, hearing homeowner appeals, addressing collection and legal matters, and guiding Association staff.
Because decisions made by the Board have a long-term impact on the community, homeowners are encouraged to review the candidate information below and participate in this year’s election.
Board Seats Up for Election
The 2026 election will fill two positions on the Riverstone HOA Board of Directors. The two candidates receiving the highest number of votes will each serve a three-year term beginning in January 2027.
Election Process
The election will be conducted electronically and administered by Election Trust, an independent third-party election services provider.
Election notices and unique voting credentials will be emailed to homeowners on October 16. The notice will include instructions for accessing the online voting portal and casting a ballot.
Voting will remain open until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 16.
Election Trust will administer the voting process and tabulate the results. Neither the Riverstone HOA Board nor Management will be involved in verifying or counting individual votes.
Election results will be announced during the Annual Meeting of Members on Tuesday, December 8.
