About Me:
With over 11 years of experience as a Professional Engineer, Jiahua Liu, P.E., PMP, has dedicated his career to improving the safety, infrastructure, and quality of life for communities across Texas. As a Project Manager for Harris County Precinct 4, he oversees planning, design, construction, and maintenance of roadways, parks, drainage systems, sidewalks, and community housing. He also manages more than $90 million in grants, funds, and bonds for essential infrastructure projects.
A proud Riverstone resident for over six years, Jiahua holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. Before joining Harris County, he served as a Project Manager for the City of Houston, strengthening his background in public infrastructure.
Jiahua’s integrity, experience in project and asset management, and commitment to public service guide his desire to help the HOA make thoughtful, community-focused decisions. He and his wife, Kathy, have two children.
