The Board of Directors has been planning for contingencies that may arise in the community as a result of the spread of COVID-19. Based on advice that has been circulated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Texas Department of Health, we have CLOSED our office and amenites through March 31st, and cancelled all HOA events through April 30th. Please see the NEWS tab HERE for complete details.
Planned for approximately 6,400 homes and 18,000 residents, the 3,800-acre Riverstone development has become one of Fort Bend County's premier master-planned communities.
Riverstone residents enjoy a wealth of amenities, with something fun to do just around the corner. Resort-style pools, neighborhood parks and playgrounds, miles of walking trails, tennis, catch-and-release fishing and The Club at Riverstone — Riverstone’s list of amenities continues to grow, with more than 200 acres of lakes and another 500 acres dedicated to open spaces and recreation.
An invaluable resource for residents is the Riverstone Homeowners Association (HOA). The HOA ensures the community’s peaceful beauty is preserved now and in the future. Our on-site association team is available to meet with residents 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with extended hours, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday.
This resident website will be a primary resource to help keep you informed and connected with Association matters. You will be able to learn about upcoming events, look through recent event photo galleries, access governing documents and guidelines, print application forms for modifications, and so much more!
