About Me:
My wife and I, along with our two children, one currently in college and the other a senior at Elkins High School, have proudly called Riverstone home for over 15 years. I currently serve as the elected Director and Vice President of FBC LID 19. In this role, I have applied my skills in strategic planning, financial oversight, and district development for the improvement of our citizens. This includes overseeing the opening of a new pump station in Riverstone & 2nd under construction. I am eager to bring my experience and dedication to Riverstone as the HOA Board Member. I will leverage my expertise to drive meaningful change and foster growth within our community. With a unique perspective that blends analytical insight with a collaborative approach to decision-making, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to the Board’s objectives. My background as a successful entrepreneur, combined with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, positions me to support the HOA’s mission through strategic innovation, sound financial planning, and effective governance. I am passionate about advancing Riverstone’s community goals and delivering measurable results for our residents.

Riverstone HOA Board Accomplishments:
- Served as Vice President of the Riverstone HOA Board (2024-Current), providing leadership and support on key community initiatives and decisions.
- Reviewed and approved the 2026 HOA and neighborhood budgets and assessments to support responsible financial management.
- Reviewed and approved the 2026 Business Plan, establishing priorities and direction for the community.
- Approved the construction of new pickleball courts to expand recreational opportunities for residents.
- Approved several community improvements and enhancements, including playground replacements and upgrades, clubhouse door replacements, fencing and brick wall repairs, streetlight banners, and a new tennis canopy.
- Supported Aria’s Wish, helping bring 100 new trees to Riverstone as part of an initiative to plant 1,000 trees throughout Fort Bend County.
- Approved updated policies covering facility rentals, racquet sports, security measures, enforcement and fines, solar energy and roofing, and tennis ball machine usage.
- Approved service agreements for pool management, acreage mowing, and tree-trimming services to maintain and enhance community facilities and common areas.
- Supported the FBISD Education Grant, contributing to educational opportunities within the community.
- Reviewed and approved the Association’s financial statements and collection of enforcement actions, helping maintain sound financial oversight and accountability.
