Selling or Buying a Home in Riverstone

Welcome! Are you in the process of buying or selling a home in Riverstone? Perhaps you are a Realtor or Title Company representing a buyer or seller? This page will help walk you through that process as it regards to Riverstone HOA.

Step 1: Certificate of Compliance & Quote

A Certificate of Compliance is required prior to the sale of any property within Riverstone. The fee is $225 for a 4-5 business day processing time. Rush options are available. This is due upfront. The Certificate is good for 6 months and comes with a statement of account and quote of fees due at closing that is good for 10 days. The Inspection Authorization form will need to be completed and returned before this order can be processed. Instructions to do so will be emailed immediately upon checkout.

Step 2: Fees Due at Closing 

Fee Cost
Transfer Fee $250
Reserve Fund Fee $1,110
Foundation Fee One Quarter of One Percent (0.25%) of the gross sales price of the home
Past Due Balance as applicable
Next Year's Assessment TBD: Collected on closings in November & December

 

The 2021 Annual Assessment is $1,110. Some homes have additional Neighborhood and/or Lake assessments. Assessments are due in January. 

 

Step 3: After Closing

Welcome to Riverstone! After closing, the Title Company is responsible for mailing closing documents and checks. Please mail them to:

Fill this out for eveyone who lives in your home. All residents over the age of 5 will need an amenity card to access our amenities, including pools, gym, and tennis courts. Fill out the above form and email it to us at CustomerCare@rshoa.org.
