Alejandro Giannotti

About Me:

As a proud Riverstone resident since 2003, I am honored to offer my experience and commitment to serve our community on the HOA Board. I am a Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in project design, evaluation, cost management, and oversight. Throughout my career, I have developed a practical, analytical approach to evaluating projects, controlling costs, and making sound decisions that deliver long-term value. As a Board member, I would bring this experience to help identify cost-saving opportunities, improve budget efficiency, and ensure HOA funds are used responsibly and transparently. I would carefully evaluate maintenance, repairs, and community improvements with a focus on quality, necessity, affordability and lasting value. My goal is simple: help protect our investment, maintain the quality of our community, and make every HOA dollar count.
