Hurricane Season Prep and Property Modification Reminders
As hurricane season begins in June for our area, Riverstone HOA encourages residents to prepare their homes and families for potential storms.
This is a good time to review your emergency supplies, check your home’s exterior, secure loose outdoor items, and make sure you have a plan in place for severe weather.
The Riverstone Compliance Department would also like to remind residents that now is a good time to submit any property modification applications for improvements they may be considering for their home.
If you are planning to install a standby generator, please remember that a property modification application is required before installation. This requirement applies to standby generator units and does not apply to portable generators.
Property modification application forms are available on the Riverstone website under the Compliance Department. Once completed, applications should be submitted to the HOA office for review.
For questions or assistance, residents may contact Erica Aguirre, Compliance Administrative Assistant, at EricaA@riverstone.com or by calling 281.778.2222.
