Fireworks in Riverstone

As Independence Day approaches, Riverstone HOA would like to remind all residents that the use of fireworks is strictly prohibited in Riverstone under the HOA’s deed restrictions.

This includes all types of fireworks and applies to all areas within the community, including driveways, streets, sidewalks, common areas, and residential lots.

These restrictions are in place to help preserve the quality of life for all homeowners by minimizing loud disruptions, potential property damage, and negative impacts on pets and individuals who may be sensitive to noise.

Residents are encouraged to celebrate safely and respectfully by attending approved community fireworks displays, such as Riverstone’s Red, White & Boom! celebration on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at The Club at Riverstone. The event will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., with the fireworks show scheduled for 9:15 p.m.

Violations of the fireworks restriction may result in deed restriction enforcement action.
