We are happy to announce that we have solidified the details of the 2025 Riverstone Holiday Market and have now begun accepting applications from interested vendors! Mark your calendars for Friday, November 21st from 5:00pm - 9:00pm at The Club at Riverstone. Dozens of vendors will be showcasing their holiday goods and fun finds at this special annual event that is open to the public.
The Holiday Market will be publicized locally in a variety of media outlets - including local papers and social media. The event is expected to draw an audience of hundreds to come enjoy a night of fun shopping combined with live entertainment, delicious hors d' oeuvres, and a signature cocktail (or cocktails!).
Riverstone strides in having a wide variety of vendors at this event for guests to enjoy and all vendor applications are reviewed by the Holiday Market Events Team. Vendor spaces will be located BOTH inside the clubhouse and outside in front of the clubhouse in one of the two giant lighted tents (30ft by 110ft as to cover vendors and shoppers alike). Additional tables/equipment will be permitted in the larger booth spaces with prior approval. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate indoor requests, as those are held for products that may be unable to be outdoors such as food.
Below are the two options available:
- Traditional Booth Space (Indoors & Outdoors; Includes 6ft table with linen & two chairs) = $50
- Please note that you will not be allowed to move these tables when you arrive.
- Larger Booth Space (All outdoors under tent; Includes 10'x10' spot, 6ft table with linen, and two chairs) = $70
Please note that when you submit your application you DO NOT have to submit any payment. If you are accepted into the market we will be e-mailing you a link to pay the vendor fee directly (or you can mail in a check).
The more information we have about your products/services (pictures/social pages etc.) the better! Spaces are limited, so don't delay!
