Marcel District Taking Shape

Marcel District, an exciting new mixed-use retail center, is taking shape with tenants preparing to welcome customers.

The 7.3-acre project, located at 18702 University Boulevard in Riverstone, features approximately 41,785 square feet of retail, restaurant and service-oriented space. More than 27,000 square feet is dedicated to Class A office space.

Renzo Gracie Jui-jitsu is already open for business. The studio specializes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are available from beginners up to experienced practitioners. A Future Champions program is offered for children ages 3 to 15. Private training is also available.

In October, Wingology will be serving up delectable wings with a variety of homemade sauces just in time for football season. The fast casual restaurant’s menu features traditional and boneless wings slathered in your choice of sauces, including Hot Buffalo, Nashville Hot, Mango Habanero, Garlic Parmesan and more. Chicken tenders, buffalo shrimp, fries and cheese sticks round out the options for game day snacks.

A number of tenants will open their doors in January:

The Perfect Round, a golf-themed bar and lounge, boasts an indoor golfing experience utilizing their award-winning GOLFZON simulators. Bays can accommodate up to six players, and there are a number of courses to choose from. After the game, players can sit back and enjoy craft cocktails, more than 50 beers on tap and an extensive menu. Watch them in action here.

Authentic Indian ingredients can be sourced at Maharaja Bazar. The grocery store offers a wide range of products from fresh fruits and vegetables to condiments like chutneys and chile sauce. Baked goods and ready-to-eat meals also grace the aisles.

An innovative preschool will welcome children in January. Shanell’s Playhouse provides one-on-one, hands-on learning opportunities. Children receive the upmost care, education and playtime fun while building self-confidence and character.

Executive office and beauty service space will be available in January. Apex Executive Suites provides private and team office space along with reception and front desk service, high speed internet, office printers, a coffee bar and more. View their video for more information.

Atelier Beauty Suites is a similar concept to Apex but for aestheticians, massage therapists, nail artists and hairdressers.
