Bite Nite Friday Debuts New Food Trucks Nov. 9

November 09, 2018

Bite Nite Friday is back starting on November 9th from 6:00pm - 9:30pm! Get ready to tempt your taste buds. Trust us, you will be happy you decided to skip kitchen duty!

Food trucks that will be rolling into The Club at Riverstone (18353 University Boulevard), include: Cuban Spot, BESTDAMNACHOS, Muiishi Makirritos, Renegade Kitchen & Catering and Mary Had a Little Party.

Want to try the best nachos in town? BESTDAMNACHOS has taken the traditional nacho to new heights with a special blend of gourmet cheeses, spices and meats. Try “The Elite,” which features chopped chicken blended with their amazing queso. More of a wings fan? The truck also offers “Trashed Fried Wings,” a tasty offering that comes with two sides of queso.

In the mood for something completely different? Muiishi Makirritos combines Korean dishes with classic Japanese and American flavors. Their burrito/sushi mashup really hits the spot. We’re fans of the Veggie Roll with avocado, sweet tofu skin, takuan, shiitake mushrooms, corn fritters, cabbage and a creamy cilantro dipping sauce. But you won’t want to miss out on their imaginative take on quesadillas and fries either.

Cold weather got you down? We’re bringing in a hint of Florida with Cuban Spot. Cuban-inspired sandwiches, burgers, tostones and more will warm you up and make you forget about all that rain. Sink your teeth into a traditional Cuban sandwich or try the “Original Frita,” a Cuban burger that is a mix of ground beef, ground pork and chorizo with sautéed onions, cheese and potato sticks.

Perennial favorite Renegade Kitchen & Catering is back with their signature Texas bistro cuisine and Mary Had a Little Party will be ready to finish things off with a sweet note, serving up banana splits, milkshakes, old-fashioned ice cream floats and more.

As always there will be a DJ, bounce house, yard games and a chance to tour our gorgeous model homes. Admission is free, but stop at the ATM as not all food trucks accept credit cards. This is your second-to-last chance to join us for food and fun. The last Bite Nite is scheduled for Dec. 14. Don’t miss out!
