Treat Yourself to a New Home this October in Riverstone

Riverstone has a treat in store for prospective home buyers and home décor enthusiasts this October – the Fort Bend Home Tour.

The “Treat Yourself to a New Home Tour” features more than 50 model homes in Riverstone and three other popular Fort Bend developments: Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, Imperial in Sugar Land and Sienna Plantation in Missouri City. All four are projects of The Johnson Development Corp., a premier developer celebrating 40 years of quality residential and commercial development.

Models will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays throughout October. Plus, each visiting family will receive a scratch-off “lotto” card at each model home for a chance to win a prize. More than $20,000 in prizes will be given away, plus builders will have various incentives as part of the tour.

“This is a perfect opportunity for people to purchase the home they had only imagined as possible,” said Trey Reichert, vice president and general manager of Riverstone. “Plus, builders have an array of homes already under construction for those who would like to move in before the end of the year.”

Homes in Riverstone, the top-selling community in Texas, are priced from the $300,000s to the multi-millions.
