Newark Homes Opens Model in Busy Riverstone Enclave

Newmark Homes has opened a new model home in the Pebble Creek neighborhood of popular Riverstone, rated as Texas’ best-selling community.

Approximately 30 homes have sold in the neighborhood since sales started there earlier this year, nearly half of the 71 homes that will be built in the neighborhood.

“With prices starting in the $330,000s and beautifully-built homes, Newmark appeals to a wide variety of buyers,” said Trey Reichert, vice president and general manager of Riverstone. “This line of homes quickly sold out in another Riverstone neighborhood, and its continued popularity is evident.”

Newmark’s Jefferson model home at 7011 Pebble Pass Lane showcases one of the builder’s larger plans available in Pebble Creek. Built with four bedrooms, a formal dining room and a game room, the model also includes an optional media room and covered patio, as well as several décor upgrades. It has more than 3,100 square feet of living space and is priced from the $380,000s.

Newmark is the exclusive builder in Pebble Creek, where it offers 21 one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 2,125 to 3,395 square feet. Newmark’s custom division — Fedrick, Harris Estate Homes — also offers homes priced from $1 million in the Enclave at Riverstone.

This newest model home is one of 18 found in Riverstone, where homes are priced from the $300,000s to the millions. The development, which is also ranked No. 6 among the nation’s top-selling communities, is a project of Johnson Development Corp.
