Home Construction Begins Soon in the Enclave at Riverstone

Partners in Building and Fedrick, Harris Estate Homes expect to begin construction of million-dollar models this December in the Enclave at Riverstone, a 23-acre neighborhood north of University Boulevard in Sugar Land.

This new neighborhood will feature 42 homesites, a European-style garden, sculptures, a great lawn and vine-covered arbors.

Homes will range from 4,000 to 7,000 square feet and include such options as prayer rooms and multi-generational suites. About half of the homes will have lakefront vistas while others will offer views of a creek and parks. Several homes have already been sold in the neighborhood.
