Wilshire Wins Gold at National Energy Awards Competition

Wilshire Homes recently won the NAHB Research Center's 2008 Energy Value Housing Award (EVHA). The EVHA are presented yearly to homebuilders across the country that voluntarily team energy efficiency and environmental stewardship, incorporating elements of each into the design, construction and marketing of new homes. Hundreds of builders entered the competion with Wilshire receiving the highest honor - the gold.

Luxury Patio Homes in Meridian Park

Riverstone welcomes Darling Homes to the community. Their model home is now open. Darling Homes is offering luxury patio homes from the $450s. The homes will be 2,575 to 4,000 square feet.

University Boulevard Bridge Coming Soon

Riverstone is growing and one of our new additions is a bridge on University Boulevard. Riverstone has also opened several new neighborhoods within the community, including Crescent View Estates, Hartford Landing, Meridian Park and Senova. There are also many more to come.

Eventually University Boulevard will be a major thoroughfare in Riverstone connecting Highway 6 to the Southwest Freeway where the University of Houston - Sugar Land campus is located.
