Tickets are $10 at the gate

or $8 online (one-time $2 service fee includes unlimited amount of tickets)

All guests ride the VIP shuttles from Kohl's (near our main entrance). Tickets may be purchased at the registration tent in the Kohl's parking lot. Call 281-499-8700 with questions.

Ticket proceeds for the Tour of Luxury go to: The Exchange Club of Sugar Land and Fort Bend, The Fort Bend Junior Service League and the Fort Bend YMCAs.

Tour of Luxury Event Details:

• No strollers are allowed in the homes
• Children over five years of age must have a ticket
• No smoking and no food or drinks in the homes
• No backpacks
• The homes are new private residences for sale, and are not ADA (disability) compliant. We apologize for any inconvenience.
