Make a Senior Smile this Holiday

Riverstone is once again working with Fort Bend Seniors to ensure area senior citizens have happy holidays through the organization’s “Grant a Wish” program.

Area residents can “adopt” a senior this holiday season, granting them their Christmas wish. Typical items requested include clothing and basic items for the home, and the cost is typically $20 to $40. Those participating can select their senior and review items requested before making a commitment. Riverstone hopes to adopt 25 seniors this year.

Fort Bend Seniors has been active since 1974 and expects to serve 230,000 members through its Meals on Wheels program.
