It's another Darling model in Riverstone!

Darling Homes is opening a new model home in Riverstone this weekend, a 2,556-square-foot luxury design at 3930 Sundance Hill Lane.

The new model home is one of two patio home models Darling has recently debuted in the Kensington neighborhood of the top-selling Fort Bend community. Darling’s 55-foot home designs for the neighborhood, which surrounds a community lake, are one- and two-story plans ranging from 1,900 to 3,000 square feet. Prices start in the $310,000s. Designs for 65-foot homesites range from 2,600 to 4,000 square feet with prices from the $430,000s. Abundant structural options, such as media rooms, game rooms and summer kitchens, allow buyers to design a home well-suited to their lifestyles.

This newest model is a one-story design with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. In addition to the many standard Darling features showcased in the home, visitors to the new model also can see the optional outdoor living area with fireplace.

“We offer our high-end patio collection in Riverstone,” said Darling Homes sales representative Chris Maris. “In addition to an impressive level of standard amenities, all of our homes also will reflect Mediterranean styling with custom tiled roofs.”
