Taylor Morrison Debuts Avalon at Riverstone

Avalon at RiverstonePresales will begin 10 a.m. Saturday for Avalon at Riverstone, an exclusive, gated reserve of more than 300 homesites on 184 heavily wooded acres within Riverstone. The elegant enclave features several 60-, 70-, and 80-foot homesites situated between three lakes, Alcorn Bayou and walking trails. Homes in Avalon at Riverstone will have a Sugar Land address.

Prices and plan descriptions will be announced 4-7 p.m. Thursday in a pre-grand opening event in Riverstone.

Avalon at Riverstone is the fifth Avalon-branded community Taylor Morrison has developed in Fort Bend County and will front an extension of University Boulevard. When current work on University Boulevard extensions is complete, the roadway will be open to traffic from Highway 6 to U.S. 59, allowing access to an array of conveniences within minutes from Riverstone.

Residents of Avalon at Riverstone will have full access to all of the resort-style amenities available in Riverstone, including two swimming pools, tennis courts, parks, a bark park, acres of lakes and miles of walking trails. Future amenities include 20 miles of walking trails and a major recreation center on a 17-acre site just east of Avalon at Riverstone. The complex will feature a resort pool, 12 tennis courts, a pavilion, a playground and an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse.

Children living in Avalon at Riverstone will attend Commonwealth Elementary School, Fort Settlement Middle School and Elkins High School in the Fort Bend Independent School District. These schools have received Exemplary or Recognized ratings, the top rankings issued by the Texas Education Association.

Taylor Morrison will be the sole builder in Avalon at Riverstone.
